Includes: Approximately 50lbs of Ground Beef, 15 Premium Steaks (Ribeye, Sirloin, NY Strip and Filet Mignon or T-Bone), 7 Premium Roast (Chuck, Sirloin Tip, Rump and maybe a Tri-Tip), 1/2 a Brisket. Can include Fajita Strips, Stew Meat, Cube Steak, Fat, Bones and Organs upon Request.
The Quarter Beef package is our most popular! This package gives you about two pounds of premium grass fed- grain finished Beef each week of the year. This package will conveniently fit in your freezer section at home!
